OTT Remit and SPARC Team Up to Empower Filipino-Canadians

OTT Remit is excited to announce a new partnership with SPARC, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the Filipino community in Canada. Together, we’ll be part of Taste of Manila 2025, one of Toronto’s largest Filipino festivals, offering an unforgettable experience that celebrates Filipino culture, food, and community.
At OTT Remit, we understand that sending money from Canada to Philippines is a way to show your support, love and connection to your families and communities that matter most. That’s why we are dedicated to supporting the Filipino community in Canada through meaningful partnerships and cultural events.
We are excited to announce our new community partnership with The Society of Philippine Artists, Recreation and Community (SPARC). SPARC is a non-profit organization that is federally registered in Canada. They help and support our kababayans, from newcomers in Canada to new businesses, by organizing Filipino cultural events in Toronto that help our community thrive.
This partnership marks an important milestone for OTT Remit as we continue to expand our engagement within the Filipino-Canadian community. By supporting programs and events that empower Filipinos, we aim to provide support beyond financial services and create positive change with a stronger, more connected Filipino-Canadian community that can support each other for years to come.
Connecting Through Taste of Manila 2025
An event you won’t want to miss is Taste of Manila 2025—and we’ll be there, working with SPARC to bring the community together through engaging and meaningful experiences.
Taste of Manila is one of the biggest Filipino festivals in Canada, welcoming over 500,000 attendees. As an annual celebration of Filipino culture, food, and music, this event will bring thousands of people together in the heart of Toronto’s Bathurst and Wilson area.
As we continue to grow, OTT Remit remains committed to strengthening community ties and providing meaningful support beyond financial transactions.
