Getting Started with the Loyalty Rewards Program
If you’re a new user, simply download and register in the OTT Remit App or at www.ottremit.com. You will receive a welcome offer of 2 FEE-FREE transactions* and you’ll be automatically enrolled in our loyalty rewards program. This will give you access to exclusive promotions like bonus points, special deals and more!
*Transactions fees are waived when points are used
How to Earn Points
It is easy to earn points to maximize the loyalty rewards program. All you have to do is use the app or send money internationally to collect points to redeem towards rewards.
How to Manage and Redeem Points
- Log in to your profile to view your points directly on the homepage. For a detailed breakdown of your points, click on the rewards tab’s upper right icon.
Ready to send money? When on the send money page, there is an option to waive the transaction fee using your points.
The rewards page can be visited to view all available gift cards. The process is quick, and the gift card will be received instantly.
